Pieter Moens is eace's Chairman. He is CEO of 3 Christian reformed schools in the Netherlands, after serving as Secretary General of the Dutch Christian reformed schools (VGS).

He also is Secretary General of the German Association of Free Evangelical Schools and Kindergardens (VEBS).

Jan Rosman

Jan Rosman is president of The Christian Free School Council (KrF): a collaborative body for preschools and schools with a Christian orientation in Sweden. The Christian Democratic Party is a non-profit association in which the principals of independent preschools and schools with a pronounced Christian goal can be members. 82 principals with a total of 137 preschool and school units are connected.

Phill Moon

Phill Moon trained as a teacher and has worked in Bradford, West Yorkshire for the entirety of his career. He left state education as a deputy headteacher in 1993 and together with his wife Audrey, founded Bradford Christian School. The school has grown greatly from its portacabin beginnings and Phill has successfully passed on the headship of the school. Phill has served on the National Development Team of the CST since 2002 and took the reins as CEO in March 2025.

Agnieszka Crozier (PL)

Agnieszka Crozier is the administrative director of the Christian Education Center in Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Poland, since 2006 and serves on the board of the EURECA (European Educators Christian Association) for the last 10 years. Since 1990, she has been actively involved with Proem Ministries, dedicating her career to advancing Christian education and family support initiatives in Poland.
